Hey guys, over here trying to enjoy my day, mentally relax and be grateful for my blessings amidst all my things I "must" do today.
I am grateful for the peaceful reassurance that I have been feeling that no matter what is happening or will happen...I am ok. Just that. It has been really floating me along everyday. I am so grateful for that.
What thoughts get you through stressful times?
Meditation.
ReplyDeleterunning is my medicine. all my stress gets relieved once I hit the pavement, it helps me decompress and I come back feeling a sense of relief.
